Meet Our Professional Team
Rachel Huls
Corporate Administrator
The legacy continues with Rachel. Having suffered a difficult loss of her late husband and prior co-owner of Dubois County Title in 2018, Rachel took to action immediately filling in the shoes and personality left behind at the office. Since day one she has delved herself into learning the ins and outs of the title world. Her biggest strength she harnesses is keeping the company on its toes and proving her unwavering management capabilities to herself and to the rest of the team. With her it’s not just another job; it’s personal, it’s family and her unrelenting spirit is the foundation that will keep Dubois County Title running strong for another hundred years. When she’s not being an all-around boss lady in the office, she’s taking lead on her Martin County mini-farm raising goats, chickens, donkeys and her son.
Rachel Alumbaugh
Title Specialist
After strenuous interviewing for our order fulfillment position, we knew we had found our perfect fit once Rachel walked in the door. Although being new to title insurance, she has come to us with a background in real estate, working for a county courthouse and in the banking industry. What’s more, her mom has worked as a title researcher for many years in their hometown. As soon as Rachel met her partner, Kyle in Huntingburg she knew she couldn’t let him go. Recently moving to the area and leaving Owen County behind, she has been diving herself into the realm of title. We have all learned a thing or two from her combined experience in her previous roles. She is currently working on her Associates degree in Psychology at Ivy Tech and in her spare time enjoys watching movies and grilling delicious meals with Kyle and their dog Sophie.
Kelly Tretter
Examiner
Where do we begin with Kelly? Our lead examiner and master of many hats, she came to us in 2011 with a background in customer service and accounts receivable. Thanks to her previous knowledge and with the addition of an Associate’s degree in Business Management, she has been a valuable asset to Dubois County Title over the course of many years. Kelly takes pride in providing the best possible solutions for our customers while keeping a steady hand on our underwriting guidelines. Being our go-to for questions, she is always offering a helping hand in addition to ensuring the research and reporting are running smoothly. Her love of title runs almost as deep as her love for religion as she is an avid member of St. Celestine Catholic Church. When she is not pushing out title commitments for our customers, she will be tackling her Beach Body workout plan, supporting her faith, and continuing to raise a happy household with her three children and husband.
